Header code not showing at view source

Thank you for the support topic, Can you please provide more information on which Header and Footer plugin you are using (a link to the plugin) also please provide the code snippet you are trying to insert.

I am placing taboola and feedify header ad code for verification in header section.

The custom javascript is not allowed on AMP, so the AMP plugin removes them for you to create valid AMP pages. AMP provides components for various features and functionalities which are pre-optimized for better performance

Taboola: You can use amp-ad component for the taboola ads you can find example on same page along with list of vendors supported.

Feedify: You can use the amp-web-push component for push notification with Feedify it will be best to approach feedify support for AMP compatibility.

Alternatively, Please try the One Signal Push notification plugin along with this small AMP compatibility plugin I have created.
