Header changed after most recent update

After my most recent Customizr update, my header image shifted upwards so that part of it is cut off and the gray margin below it is taller than it used to be.

Upon first viewing my page, it shows up correctly… but when page is fully loaded, header image shifts upward. I am using a child theme. How do I go about fixing this weird change?
