• Hey there, so I’m having a bit of a problem with the header on my site when switching from computer to computer. I mainly do a lot of my work on my home PC but when I’m traveling I like to use a Surface Pro 9. When I’m on my Surface Pro the “Become a Patient” and “Patient Portal” buttons in the header change (like they collapse) to where I can’t see the text on those said buttons but I need to see the text. Is there any that I can change tha so it’s not collapsing and I can still see the text?

I’ve talked to some other people about this issue and it seems to be a scaling issue due to the size of my screen on the Surface Pro. It seems that the folks that have a smaller screen size are having this problem. When looking into it the only thing that I could find is when the width size is at 1500px the site starts condensing itself. The theme I’m using is Medikon. Thanks in advance!

Since that is a commercial theme, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best: https://themeforest.net/item/medikon-health-medical-wordpress-theme/28536136/support

Forum volunteers do not have access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working correctly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you, but your best bet is your product’s developer. We encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
