Header Banner Will Not Display

Hi,

I had attempted to change my header banner by inserting the new link into the code. When I did that nothing happened and the banner wasn’t showing. So I attempted to put the old banner back up and nothing happened either.

What should I do? Thank you!

Is this the correct code I should be using or has this been changed? I am using Settings – Advertisement Management.
