Hi. The other day I had an error 500 -internal service error on a wordpress child-theme I created. Ever since the error has been fixed and the site started running again some of the images have been missing from the website. The background, header, and sidebar images being the main concerns. They are all in the themes images folder and I have even re-uploaded all the images and some of the original files like index.php, header.php, and style.css. I have also contacted my host as I think this might have something to do with them. However, I wanted to see if anyone has had a similar situation and if you know how to fix it.

    Thanks

  • As you are using a commercial parent theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s vendors.

I edited some form of Genesis, although I think it was another Child Theme that I edited so thats not going to help me. Everything was working fine before the error. Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
