Header and title/tagline settings changed when activated

Hi, firstly I love your plug in – I can have my home page set up the way I want and it looks great! I am not familiar with coding so please bear with me!

When I activate and make the static page my front page, it seems to change the Header settings, and as a result my header image space is cut in half (at least) and the site title and tagline are now not visible (it seems they have been moved – sorry not a coder!!). I am using Popperscores theme.

Is it possible to fix this, as my site really needs a title and header/tagline?
