Header and Product image not showing

    Hi there.

    I’m really enjoying this plugin, but I’m facing this annoying issue, Header and Product image are not showing in the test email. I’d like to have our company logo in the Header. Both images are in png format; also in the Product image size I chose WooCommerce thumbnail. They both render perfectly during the customization process, but they’re not showing in the test email. I have no Image Optimization plugins installed, no active firewall.

    Thanks for reaching out and we are sorry for the delayed response.

    We were not able to replicate the issue when we tested it on our end. Can you please share your WooCommerce system status report (WooCommerce>status>system status report) and also share the screenshot of the email customizer page and its associated email via this link for better understanding?
