Header (and/or Main Menu) disable sticking up while sliding

    Hi all,

    As I scroll down the pages, the Header and the Main Menu stickup and are always visible.

    How can I disable that ?

    Thanks for contacting us.
    If you want to disable sticky navigation on your site. Please follow some instructions:-
    1 Go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customizer.
    2 Go to Layout -> Sticky Navigation
    3 Select off to disable the setting.
    4 Now click the publish button to save it.

    Thank you for your prompt response!

    I don’t have this option because I am on an older version of the theme. I am too afraid to update it because I have customisations in a child theme, so i have been avoiding upgrading!

    Any advise on how I should do this update so that I don’t lose anything ?
