    Hello, I need quite the opposite, I have the Hello theme activated, I downloaded a kit of elements, I established the header and footer pages, but these are not visible on the website! I clarify: I have not put conditions on the footer or the header, could you help me please.

    Hola yo necesito más bien todo lo contrario, tengo el tema Hello activado, me baje un kit de elements, establecí las paginas de header and footer, pero estas no se ven en el sitio web! aclaro: no le he puesto condiciones ni al footer ni al header, me podrían ayudar por favor.

    Hello @jose_mariani,

    We apologize in advance for our delay in responding. To display the template (Header and Footer) that you created, you need to provide a condition for the template. If there are no conditions, the template won’t be displayed because it doesn’t meet any conditions.

    If you have given a condition but the template is not showing, make sure not to set your Page Layout to Elementor Canvas because this setting will only display the Elementor pages you created.
