Header and Menu disappeared after theme update

    I recently updated OceanWP and today I just noticed the logo and menu are missing. I’m using the “Center” option under the header customizer. I can get the logo to appear on a few of the other choices, but not the menu at all. Again it was working fine before the update and I have not done any other work on the theme. Please advise and thank you!

  • Hi, I am unable to see the OceanWP Settings under which there were options of main, shortcodes, Header, Logo, Menu, Title, Breadcrumbs & Footer. All the pages are not YET FULLY set, The OceanWP Settings has gone missing! How do i get the access to it OR How do i get it back to the same for setting the settings i need.

    When i click on pages, i used have two edit options, 1 which is EDIT and the other which is EDIT with Elementor. When i used to click on edit, i was able to find the OceanWP Settings which is not available right now. I used to set the title as disabled & disable the footer & do all setting. After the update its all changed & the OceanWP Settings under the edit option under pages is no more. May i please request you to help me restore it, i mean i need to know how to get the OceanWP Settings under the edit option back.

    You need to activate the required plugin Ocean Extra, it is the plugin which adds the OceanWP Settings metabox to your post/page.

    I am getting the above error message. Its not getting installed. Plz help.

    Hi, if it says that but you don’t have it on your dashboard, via FTP, go to your wp-content/plugins folder and delete the ocean-extra folder, then try to install it via your dashboard.

    Hello @oceanwp, I recently add some CSS for Contact form 7 in my child theme and bootstrap cdn in the header.php of my child theme. And I saw that all my menu links disappeared (main-menu in header & footer-menu in the footer widget 2). I’m using Elementor (don’t know if it helps). After few test, removing boostrap cdn links (css and js), removing my new stylesheet. Nothing happened.. Still hided menu..

    Strangely, I can see menu links items in the developper console of the browser…

    hello i have problem with oceanwp in desktop display , menu baru cannot display buut in mobile have menu display.
