Header and Footer widgets disappears

    On the home page. I have added a tag count widget on the right side of header bar, every few hours it keeps on disappearing. Same thing happens to footer widgets, except with the social icons which stays. I have tried to put it back few time and it see same outcome..
    Please advice.
