header and footer section not working

    header and footer section not working. I am using the eduma theme, the add section does not appear. I already have everything activated in modules and widgets and it only sends me to the Dashboard page.

    ?First make sure you are not using Elementor Canvas Page Template. As the Canvas Template removes header, footer and widgets from a page. After that if the issue still persists then switch your theme to the default theme like 2020 theme or Hello Elementor theme to check if that solves the issue.

    After that if the issue still remains then please let us know. Also share the live website URL to check the issue and we will give you an update as soon as possible.

    I am an advanced user, I did everything that says, uninstalled the plugin, change to a basic theme by default, but the custom post type of header and footer does not appear.

    but thanks for your help, when I use the plugin again I will tell you something
