Header and footer on subdomain

    We are building a website on WordPress that will house all the static pages and blog. We have an app associated with the site on a subdomain. This app was custom built and not on WordPress. Is it possible to use the header and footer we created on the main WordPress site on our subdomain app? We want to keep the header and footer the same across the website and subdomains. Any help/insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
