header and footer not visible when not logged in

    I am using this plugin to replace my header and footer. It works great when I am logged in. But when I am not logged in the BB header and footer are completely missing. The site is the same configuration as another site which doesn’t have this problem. Any ideas what the problem is?

    It turns out that bbPress was the problem. As soon as I disabled this plugin it worked. Can someone explain why bbPress would conflict?

    Can you try using Beaver Builder’s shortcode on a page [fl_builder_insert_layout id="123"] and see if this is working as expected for you when you activate bbPress?

    This plugin internally calls BB’s shortcode method so if the direct shortcode is not working then you should contact BB’s support as they will be able to check this error.

    @nikschavan I am confused about where to use the shortcode. Should it be on the page I am trying to load as header or footer? Or should it be on a different page, like the home page, to see if it loads the header or footer?

    @nikschavan I figured it out. The BB shortcode didn’t work either. It’s a bug in BB 2.2.2 which conflicts with bbPress. Thanks for pointing me in the right direction.
