Header and Footer not showing up

    Hey there,

    Need help on this. Just happened that my header and footer is not showing up, but can see 3 published in the header/footer section. Created one today, but it is still not displaying at all.

    It is missing in the site, but when you get into the header/footer section in admin, you’ll see 3 published but you can’t see it only the counter showing up.

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I can understand the issue you are having with. This usually happens when you are using a Multilingual plugin on your site and have created a Header/Footer Template for a specific language. On switching to another language, the Counter displays the Number of Templates created but the Templates don’t appear. On Switching to the Default language, that issue immediately gets solved.

    But, If you are not using the Multilingual plugin, it can be happening due to conflict with Third-party plugins activated on your site. You can try running a plugin conflict test to determine what actually causes the issue.

    To do so, please deactivate other plugins except for ElementsKit and Elementor and check if the issue still persists. If that solves your problem, activate the plugins one by one, and continue checking the issue until you are able to detect if there is any plugin that brings the problem back. I hope it will help.

    If the above steps don’t help to solve the issue, then it will require a closer inspection. Kindly create a ticket at our Support Center for further inspection.
