Header and Footer not showing on tablet and mobile

    Hi,

    I created a header and footer with this plugin and the Elementor free plugin. Unfortunately, the header and footer are not displaying/showing on tablet and mobile. It does show on desktop. I cannot find any setting that indicates this, so I am wandering how to solve this.

    Can you help out?

    Thank you for your kind patience and co-operation, sorry for the delay in replying you here.

    There’s a feature on the Elementor called Responsive that will make us be able to hide Section, Column OR Widget on a specific device.

    Would you please go to the Elementor Header & Footer (EHF) then check the Navigation Menu widget or the column where the Navigation Menu widget exists and see if the Responsive feature. Just in case, you unintentionally hide it on tablet and mobile. Please have a look at this screenshot as a reference:
