Packing Slip takes header and footer from it’s php file but Invoice doesn’t though they both have exactly the same code in their header and footer. So changes I made in WooCommerce – PDF Invoices – General are working ok on Packing Slip but make no difference to Invoice. Would love to have our logo and address and footer text also on the Invoice! Am I missing some checkbox somewhere or what do I need to do to fix this?

Hi! Did you create the invoice before making these changes to the settings? Once a document has been generated it will not automatically update with the new settings unless you delete it and re-create it. You’ll probably see that if you create a invoice for a new order it will use the footer settings there too.

Let us know if you need more help with this!

Quick follow up on this: we have just released version 2.2.2 that has a setting that gives you more control over this behavior: under WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoice, there is now an option “Always use most current settings”, which you can use during testing (although I recommend disabling it on a live website so that invoices remain immutable).

    Hope that helps!

Updated and checked the box, it started using header and footer. Then unchecked the box and seems it still works ?? Thank you Ewout!
