Header and Footer not found in theme

Hi, I am using your HTML WP plugin to convert my HTML theme into wordpress. But when I try to upload the theme it says

“you have no header and footer tag in your html file.Html Should have header in header tag and footer in footer tag”

I have cheked my theme they have header and footer tag just like the demo design on the website.

How to solve the issue please help
