Header and Footer not appearing on Website

Hello,

I just inherited a website that was developed last year and I am running into what seems to be a basic (but major) issue. The website I am working on does not display a header or footer. The website is using the “Astra” theme. I’m not sure where to begin. I’ve tried looking for options in the “Appearance” but nothing is obviously wrong. Please help!
