Header and footer gone in some pages

  • Hello.
    I found that headers and footers disappeared from all websites except the main page.
    In the Dashboard, in the Zephyr theme option, I cannot switch to Show all languages.
    In the other dashboard places, I can switch to English, Polish, or Show all languages.
    I see a drop-down menu with both my languages but I’m not able to swith.
    I’m not sure if it is related to the newest Worpress update or permalink.
    I tried to switch on/off Playland and regenerate permalink. It does not help.
    How to fix this?
