Header and Footer Colour Change

Hi There,

I hope someone can help me out. I am trying to change the colour of my header and footer to a custom colour rather than the black of the theme.

I cant find the CSS code for it anywhere. I have tried looking in Appearance>Editor>Theme Header but any changes I make don’t seem to work. I have cleared the cache and browser cache after midifying to make sure but still to no avail.

My site is https://www.grandunionwater.com and I am using the WP Zoom Inspiro Theme.
