Header and content not centered HELP!

I working on my site at https://seimphotography.com/photography-2008/
In Firefox the header is a bit off to the right instead of centered.
In IE6 the post content and nav bar are too far left and not centered.
I’ve been working on my css but can’t seem to figure it. What can I change to correct these problems??? I’m going crazy with this.
