Header and Container issue

    Hello,
    I need some help. I can’t get along with the theme and Elementor. Both not in the pro version.
    It’s a private project and the friend doesn’t want to spend money on it.

    1. i can’t get the header to appear on the home page, it should look like the other pages. Where do I switch on the header for the start page?
    2. why are the purple containers on the start page on full page width and not on all other pages???? I would like to have them everywhere on full page width.
