When I enable the DataTables Javascript library on my table, the header row is widened to accommodate the sort arrows, but the data columns remain unchanged, resulting in misalignment of the headers and data. The problem gets worse as you move from left to right across the table.

    Hi,

thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

This is likely due to the Horizontal Scrolling feature not being able to calculate some widths correctly. I therefore suggest to uncheck the “Horizontal Scrolling” checkbox.

To get such scrolling back, just with a slightly different technical implementation, please install the TablePress Extension from https://tablepress.org/extensions/responsive-tables/ and use its scroll mode.

    Regards,
    Tobias
