"Header already sent" problem back after WP update (qT v2.5.34)

Well, the title says everything. After having updated WP 3.5.1 (which worked fine with qT v2.5.34) now I have the problem that I get PHP errors saying:

Used to be a very good plug-in, but nowadays it’s a torpedo for the work one’s investing in a blog.
