    Have you tried contacting the theme’s vendors?

    There are literally thousands of WordPress themes – which means that many people won’t be familiar with your particular theme. So a link to your site where people can see the theme might result in more responses.

    If this is a paid theme, it’s much more helpful if you contact the theme’s own support team. Otherwise the volunteers here are helping the theme owner make money without making a penny themselves.
