header alignment problem

  • i need help to align and also to size the header to be suitable for desktop/tablet/mobile view.

    i have followed the recomended size of 1920 × 400?pixels from the template. i need it to auto resize for desktop/tablet/mobile view but my site still does not display the header properly.
