    Hi Thomas,

The above link is an example but its every post on the website.

I’m using dfp code, the common js is inserted into the header of the theme in the custom code section.

I’m then using the advanced ads shortcode in the header slot provided by the theme. The ad works fine for an hour or so and then suddenly disappears. If I want to display the ad again i have to create a new ad and place the shortcode again and the same thing happens.

This was working fine over a week ago, i’m not sure what happened… there have been plugin updates but no theme updates until yesterday after the issue already occured.

Also disable all caching plugins etc to check but same issue still.

If i put the adsense code it shows but with the dfp code it doesnt

    Regards,
    Clyde

    Hi Clyde,

    thanks for reaching out.

Did you forget the link to the code or remove it?

Does the ad output disappear or also the ad code in the website’s code (meaning: DFP stopped working)?

I removed the link Thomas I did not expect it to be published…so i checked the code in inspector its getting published but i think the issue is with the caching ??

looks like i will need to activate my pro account again for the cache busting or disable the code from being cached ??

Thank you for your quick response. It helped me figure it out!

    Awesome support always,
    Cheers

    Hi Clyde,

I am happy to read that I was helpful.

Yes, if caching is the cause of this then our cache-busting is the solution.

    > Awesome support always,

Thank you. Would you mind saying it in a review here?

Please let me know if you need anything else.

    Thomas
