Head/Body Script Manager

Hello, i search a plugin that helps me to add scripts like FB or Google Pixel to the head and/or body section. And no, i dont want a Pixel Plugin like PixelYourSite or Pixel Manager. I just want to add raw code to head and body that persists even after Theme Update.
