hding one column in the shortcode

Hi again,
is there a parameter in the shortcode i can use to hide a specific column on the front end but still bring over from the sheet?? im using js to pull info from the table i get , but i would like one column not to display but still be able to pull that info into my js. like a user id for instance. or also wondering if its a good idea to use this to pull from my wordpress db as a query then i could query it using the user name instead to find their user id, but dont know if thats a security risk???
