HDFlv Player Help!

Every Time I go to a page that has the hdflv player embedded my cpu usage spikes to like 70%.. without even hitting play..

I am hosting the vid on Amazons3 and using hdflv player to play.. Weird

Also.. hdflv player only gives you a short code and not the embedded so my videos only show up in pages but not in feature boxes with iblog4 pro..

You would think that they would give you both codes when adding a video.. Am I doing something wrong or will the short code not work in the iblog4 pro theme or any theme with feature boxes..
