HD wallet(xpub,zpub) not working

Hi,

I have tried paying many times ( 6 times ) with HD public key at Electrum (zpub) and Coinomi(xpub) with Litecoin (I haven’t tried other coins yet)

New addresses are always generated, I deposit with the address at checkout page, wait for confirmation and Payment completed.

-I checked in Woo/Orders, the transaction was received, and also received an email notifying the completion of the transaction

But when checking LTC Wallet balance there is no money???? ( Electrum & Coinomi)

No transaction history

What is happening ?
