hCapture not visible

    Hi,

    I created a form with WPForms light and actived the hCapture function. The icon of hCapture within the WPForm contact formula is shown, but an my webpage the hCapture function is not visible.

    If you fill out the form and send it, you get the message “hCAPTCHA-Prüfung gescheitert, bitte sp?ter erneut versuchen.” So hCapture is configured but the checkbox is not shown.

    I use the theme Weaver Xtreme 6.4 and I think it depends on this. On another homepage, the function runs normally and this page uses the theme ASTRA.

    Has somebody an idea what is wrong?

    It looks like there might be a conflict between the form and the site theme or another plugin that is preventing hCaptcha verification area from being displayed on the form. To troubleshoot this, please try the steps described in our detailed guide on?how to test for plugin/theme conflicts.

    Hi Shawon,

    thank you for the hint. It exists a conflict with the plug-in consentmanager. I have to find out within this plug-in, what has to be configured, that hCapture works.
