Hi, I installed hCaptcha as apparently I was getting spam signups. Now below the subscribe form, i see “Please complete the hCaptcha.” but there is no option to complete it? I tried changing appearance from inherit to subscribers only, with no luck

When i try to put the email in, the page just refreshes with the same message below.

    Any thoughts?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Did you turn off the hcatcha now? Could you turn it on again for awhile so we can test it on your site? Thanks

Where on your site should I see the hcaptcha? I see some MC4WP forms but no hcaptcha at all. Maybe you need to clear the server cache before I can see it?

Hi, this is the exact problem I am having. Where is the hcaptcha? The plugin is enabled and running. But it’s not showing up. And when you try and submit your email it says please complete hcaptcha

How is the form added to your site? Is it part of the theme? Does the theme apply some special styling?

Can you make a test page and put just the MC4WP form shortcode on it and send me a link to that page?

And is it possible to temporarily turn off the caching on your site?

    Thanks
