HC Custom WP-Adnim URL FAILED

  • I recently added the HC Custom WP-Admin URL plugin. It worked perfect. Then I added the Better WP Security Plugin. One of the system status prompted me to change my custom login (I thought I had already done this when I installed the custom WP-admin), but figured it didn’t work??? It asked for the three below to be updated:

    https://www.url.com/login
    https://www.url.com/register
    https://www.url.com/admin

    I changed the login & admin to what I had already set up with the custom WP-URL. Now when I try to login or go to the admin page it ONLY takes me to my homepage and I cannot locate my dashboard.

    PLEASE HELP!!!! I can’t access any part of my blog now……

  • We are the creators of the HC Custom WP-Admin URL plugin. You can delete the plugins (our and Better WP Security) via FTP and also delete the .htaccess file in the root. That will enable you to login to your blog again.
