Having trouble with WP update to 3.5.2

    I get this error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Plugin_Upgrader in /home/joomla8/public_html/wpwebdesignmadesimple.com/wordpress/wp-admin/includes/class-wp-upgrader.php on line 632

    Any ideas?
