Having Trouble With Plugin – Using Shortcode

    I inserted the shortcode in a page but the module is not displaying on that page. I’ve tried to reach Bibblio through contact page but didn’t received any response yet.

    Hi Jenny,

    Our plugin only works on posts, not pages. This is because we need text in order to generate relevant recommendations, and pages (especially 404 error pages) will not include the kind of content that you’d want to recommend to your readers.

    To verify that that’s the issue, try adding the plugin on your posts instead. If you’ve imported more than 5 posts you should see the recommendations appear.
