Having Trouble with Permalinks

I want to shift my static site to wordpress version but i am having trouble with URLs in my current website there are two types of pages one which placed in root directory and rest which in sub directories example

https://www.reiseindien.de/nord-indien/taj-mahal-indien.html

https://www.reiseindien.de/indien-cuisine.html

I want all the urls same as in my current website…second one is fixed by changing permalink but how i can change the other urls
