Having trouble with credentials?

I’m having trouble with Constant Contact credentials authenticating the plugin. Same problem to another plugin “Gravity Forms Constant Contact Add-on”. My Username/password are just alphanumeric, and I don’t have problem to “Constant Contact for WordPress” plugin. Please advise.
