Having trouble with copy / paste

  • Using WP 6.2 with the TT3 theme, I’m trying to copy a block from one template (index) into another template (single).

    The “copy block” option appears under the three dots and it tells me it’s “copied to clipboard”, but how do I paste it?

    Other posts have suggested simply using command>v (I’m on a Mac), but that doesn’t do anything for me.

    I tried clicking the “Add Block” button and pasting in there, but nothing happens.

    What am I missing?

    My general procedure: I am on a PC -> I normally paste (ctrl >V) a “copied block” into an area that would be a “paragraph block”

    Thanks @contentiskey ,

    I tried this with a different block and it worked exactly as you said it should. The “paste” command worked in my new page. But for some reason when I try to copy the “pagination” block from another template, it won’t work.

    Any suggestions?
