Having trouble setting up woocommerce plugin, please help!

  • Hey there,

    I was recently trying to setup your one-of-a-kind plugin as I really need it for a college project where I am researching about the future of currency and I chose to use SLP tokens for an example for my project.

    I tried to setup your plugin but got lost. I am using a locally hosted wordpress app (bitnami wordpress) to setup the website then I am hosting it on my raspberry pi.

    here is my info which could be helpful for you to help me ??

    My Token ID – ccc933af5820e68541637a426347be47feaa61201839e40779ece000a9fa7efd
    My SLP address – simpleledger:qr7kvhhmy09926kccyv4hr0qjumysmmtg552j95zl8

    Also since the webpage is self-hosted (bitnami) I cannot access the admin mailbox or whatever.

    Sorry for delayed response.

    The only error I see in your config: “Token rate API” should not point to your address balance. It’s for an exchange rate script. In your case just set a constant exchange rate for now.
    But this will not throw that error.

    I need a log file from your bitnami installation. There should be a symlink (folder) called “logs” in the root directory of your bitnami installation. And inside there please show me the php_err.log after this error happens.

    Also please ensure you are using latest version: 1.2.70

    Assuming you used their bundle app in /Applications/WordPress the log should be /Users/YOUR_NAME/.bitnami/stackman/machines/xampp/vm

    Also latest versions of Bitname have the a log viewer inside the app. It’s the last tab when you start /Applications/WordPress

    Hey I am sorry, I dont get a php_err.log at all, I have been trying to find it in the logs folder and it just wont appear. Do you have a discord I can message you on for help or something?

    alternatively you can open your wp-config.php file and add:
    define(“WP_DEBUG, true);

    you can add this anywhere in the file. Then the error message will show in detail on the website as it happens.

    Please see the bitnami forums for details how to configure bitnami.
