having trouble creating one redirect to move tumblr to www.remarpro.com

I disabled my custom domain on tumblr, transferred my site to www.remarpro.com. Having trouble fixing the broken links so my site does not have a ton of 404 messages. Trying to forward momfashionlifestyle.tumblr.com/post/ to just momfashionlifestyle.com I tried creating the basic link under add redirection to forward everything but still having over 900 404 errors in my log. Trying to not lose traffic. Please help!
