    I regularly have to re-authorise the Trusona app on my phone. This is annoying.

    Why does this happen? How can this be resolved?

    I’m sorry to hear that. Can you please share what mobile device, model, OS are you using?
    Also, do you believe you may have been in a poor network connectivity when this happens?

    iPhone 11 Pro, iOS 16.0.

    My network connection is consistently strong, but I have noticed that this has happened once or twice when the app claims my network connection was not good enough.
    However, the last two times that this happened (today and a few days ago), the app did not claim the connection was bad, nor was the connection bad.

    We are working on a new release which may possibly help you situation. I’ll let you know when that’s released into the App Store.

    Also, next time it happens, can you please share your ‘app logs’ with us? It may give us some more clues about your specific situation.
