    Hi there,

I like this plugin, I’m just settting it up. So far so good, however, I can not seem to get it to work.

I want customers to be able to get an amount of points depending on their cart total.

For example, if a customer spend Rp150,000 I’d like them to get 15,000 points. How is this done? I’ve tried applying this through the ‘Earn Points Per Currency Settings’ but it’s not applying at all.

The other issue is, please look at this screenshot and look at how the ‘ways to earn points’ is displaying in the my account section.

    Hello @wpwench ,

Thanks for using our plugin. You using the correct setting for providing points to your customer based on cart total. Make sure order status has completed only then the customer will get the points.
For the ‘ways to earn points’ you can modify the text under WooCommerce > Points and Rewards > General > ways to earn points. From here you can update the text whatever you want.

    Thanks

Thank you for the swift reply. The order has not been marked as complete as we’re still testing so that would definitely be the reason. Thank you.

I have another question if you don’t mind. How can I get it to display on the checkout page how many points they will earn? Or on single product pages?

Currently, it doesn’t display anywhere on the website about points except for the registration page it says ‘you’ll earn 5000 points for Signup’.

    Hi @wpwench

Currently, you can display the conversion rate on the cart page for “Per Currency Points Conversion”.
You can also write the “Ways to Gain Points” under WooCOmmerce > Points and Rewards > General Settings > Text Settings. It will get display under the ‘My-Account > Points’ tab.

    Thanks

Thanks again for the quick reply. I’ve customised my cart page a bit, do you think this will have any effect? Please view my checkout here

It’s just saying 1 point under 1 of the products, doesn’t make much sense.

Lets say I want to offer 10% rewards points and they spend Rp156,000, can it display as something along the lines of “You’ll earn 15600 reward points for this order” ?

    hi @wpwench

Yes, If you have customized your cart page then it can affect.

It seems that you have enabled global assigned points that’s why 1 point is assigned on each product.

You can’t offer the points percentage-wise for now. You can only set a conversion rate like 1$ = 1 Point.
    Thanks
