Having Problems With Zero-Byte Downloads

    Hello!

    I am running 1.14.9 of SSP with 1.0.1 of SSS. I have had this problem where all downloads of Podcasts (using any browser) result in a zero-byte downloaded file. This happens for PC and mobile users of our website. I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin, as well as the original fix, that Hugh offered some months ago. Nothing works. Our entire podcast system is based on SSP, from the beginning, so basically since February of this year, our downloads of Podcasts have not worked. However, users can LISTEN to the files with no issues, but downloading fails. HELP, PLEASE.
