Most likely it’s because of a conflict with download manager plugin.
It embeds bootstrap3 css and js.
This theme is currently based on bootstrap2.

    You should disable that plugin.

    ok, I’ll try it.
Any compatible plugin recommended for that purpose?

    Not sure,
    maybe EDD ?
But .. did you try to chose “Disable JS” in Downloads (download manager page settings) -> Misc Settings -> Twitter Bootstrap ?
Try and see if everything of that plugin still works.

Also if you chose to display Customizr submenus on hover they will show (though they will not in iPad or tablets with a large width > 979px).
Appearance -> Customize -> Header -> Navigation Menus -> Select a submenu expansion option
    Espand submenus on hover

It’s works!! I just disable JS in the option menu you gave me and it’s working now.

    Thanks for all!!

Hopefully download manager will still work fine.
    Glad you solved ??
