Having Problem when having Mobile View

I’m having a problem when I view my site on Android devices.
Site： https://kwpskt.hkgcity.comThe site background will be blank and everything will be moved into wrong places.
I’ve been ignoring this while I’m making my second draft. But there’s a problem that shows on two websites when I edit the menu. The navigation menu box will go wrong and the text will be hard to read.
