Is there a way so that I could perform sign ups such that users couldn’t access the paid membership sign up themselves, but rather I would take the order ONLY over the phone or in person, allowing me to enter the information, and generate their account without them being able to access the page.

I would also be using this with PMP-Network Master so I would need to maintain the ability for users to sign up on subdomain sites for free through this as well.

I really appreciate any help you can give me.

    Thanks!

Nick, you can create a membership level and then check the “disable new signups” option which will hide that level from users/etc, but you can still create new WP users, then edit them and manually assign that level.

If you want to manually enter credit cards, etc, there is no backend way to do that. You have to do that through the frontend (pretend you were the user) and so you would need a way to override the “disable new signups” option. There are a few ways to do this involving a bit of extra code. If you need that, sign up for support at https://www.paidmembershipspro.com and submit a support thread.

@airdrummer, start a new thread, dude. There is no integrated import now, but you can get info on how to go about it here: https://www.paidmembershipspro.com/2012/06/how-to-mass-import-members-into-wordpresspmpro/ It’s a pretty involved process.

I’ll be joining up for the official support forum in the first few days of the new year. (When this project officially starts for me)

I’ll start a companion thread for this, then.

I really appreciate your detailed assistance.
