Having navigation link to external site

Good morning. I was wondering if there was a way to have some of the menu items bring you to an external site (opened in a new window) instead of it being a page? Instead of having social media icons I am having it be simple text within the navigation but when you’s click on, for example, ‘Twitter’ it would open twitter in a new window.
