Having lates post on a Subsite Appear on the Master

  • I am trying to determine if Multisite will fit the needs of a project. The one thing I can’t determine is if I can achieve the following:

    If I have a Master site and 3 sub sites, can I have a single post on a sub site show up on a master. The master would be the main landing page, and would promote the latest from the 3 sub sites.

    Visually:
    -maindomain.com <-Post also shows here (just latest or max 3)
    |_sub1.maindomain.com
    |_sub2.maindomain.com
    |_sub3.maindomain.com <- Post made here shows here.

    Can this be done? Do I need a plugin or is this a function that is built in?
